We are primarly a medical and surgical practice and participate with all the local health insurers like medicare, blue-cross, united healthcare, tricare-prime, cigna and aetna. We do not participate with any of the vision plans but will gladly provide you with an itemized bill for your to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
